Before you write

  • Deposit not credited? Deposits are matched to the request you declared: same account, exact amount. Check the Wallet Center first — a request that expired can be declared again.
  • Withdrawal pending? Payouts leave one at a time while the bot is online. The wallet shows whether it is.
  • Doubt a result? Every round can be recomputed on the fairness page.
